It's Important To Understand That We Have Rules or Policies To Follow, If You Can Not Live By Those Rules or Policies It's Best To Find Another Place To Live. Policies Are Not Straitjackets But Guidelines To Protect The Property and The neighborhood.
Just a few of our policies...
No mechanical work allow on the property.
It brings with it stacked tires, auto parts set
aside for the next weekend repairs, and
a few missing wrenches found
a few month's later in the grass,
along with a 5 gallon bucket of used
oil tucked away in the shrubs

Maximum number of daily working cars 2.
We don't allow boats, ATV, camper trailers,
PODs or any trailers to be stored on property.

No sofa's on patio or front yard
No craft painting hobbies, inside or outside
No hobbie jobs, inside or outside
We don't allow co-signing.

the place. If you don't, we will charge
you $150.00 per week and we'll do it.
You have to supply mower, weed trimmer,

Gas winter: $125 est., Summer $18-20
Water, trash, and Electric est.
$80-$100 pending how conservitive you are.
