- If your debt-to-income ratio is less than 30% to 36% You are carrying a healthy amount of debt for your finances.
- If your debt-to-income ratio is between 37% and 42%. Your debt load is getting scary, and we won't be able to rent to you.
- If your debt-to-income ratio is between 43% and 49%. This ratio indicates you may be on the verge of financial distress and sleepless nights, and we won't be able to rent to you..
- If your debt-to-income ratio is more than 50%. You have too much debt and you are not sleeping at night, and we won't be able to rent to you.
When Showing The Place
It's Important To Understand That We Have Rules or Policies To Follow, If You Can Not Live By Those Rules or Policies It's Best To Find Another Place To Live. Policies Are Not Straitjackets But Guidelines To Protect The Property and The neighborhood.
